Testimonials

Lorena gave a talk at the TechTogether Boston hackathon. The attendees resonated with the talk focused on mindfulness and bringing intentional attention to your body and mind. We all took away great breathing exercises to help us feel strong in the presence of stress and anxiety. Lorena taught us about grit and creating the opportunity for growth within ourselves.

As the Director of Workshops and Speakers for the Harvard Latina Empowerment and Development (LEAD) Conference, I invited Lorena to host a workshop on Resilience Building. This was a wonderful decision — days after the conference, attendees were still talking about how impactful and grounding it was. Even after her session ended, she went out of her way to connect with attendees and the LEAD team. She truly is a wonderful speaker and motivator, it was a pleasure to work with her to arrange this workshop.

Wow, I'm in awe. Lorena’s talk was ESPECTACULAR! Within my company (Zendesk) I’m involved with our team’s mental health and I’m learning more and more about this topic. I loved hearing Lorena speak at this event.
